东北菜是指东北,包括黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古东部的烹饪菜系,东北菜的特点是一菜多味、咸甜分明、用料广泛、火候足、滋味浓郁、色鲜味浓、酥烂香脆,烹调方法长于熘、爆、扒、炸、烧、蒸、炖、,以炖、酱、烤为主要特点。
锅包肉
This is Guobaorou, many people may know it , it is known with its well taste . It is both sour and sweet , and by the time you eat it , you can feel very happy .
小鸡炖蘑菇
The chicken braise a mushroom is known as the northeast specialty, it is also one of the four stew of heilongjiang traditional .
春饼
The picture besides is Chunbing.
It’s one of the most representative food. They often eat it in Spring . They bake it in a pine , and it can be divided into several pieces , every piece is very thin , sauce and vegetables are often drawn into it , they eats them together , they’re delicious .
皮冻
This is called Pidon , We steam the pork , when the pork is well cooked , we put it in a cold place , and days later , it will become a very delicious food —— Pidong.

This is Shazhuca, years ago ,people in my hometown always killed a pig near the Spring Festival ,and the custom last to now , when you see the dish ,you’ll feel happy .
